Set of 4 putz-style Christmas train village buildings made from plaster composite. Made in Japan during the 1930s or 1940s. See photos for color, design, and condition. Set of 4 putz-style Christmas train village buildings made from plaster composite. Each has a round hole in the back measuring about 1 1/8" in diameter to accommodate a light bulb from from buyer-provided string lights. Made in Japan during the 1930s or 1940s. The Gasoline station is missing some plaster from the backs of the red decorative structure on the front of each side of the building. The left side has a small metal handle and I believe a similar handle used to be on the right side as well. There is some degree of damage to most of the windows and doors as they are very thin and fragile. Some paint is missing from all of the buildings, whether from age or from the manufacturing process. The awning of the store is discolored and has a permanent fold from storage.
