View Vintage Ethnic Tribal Amulet Pendant with current marketplace pricing, condition, product images and item details. Fish and coin motifs, along with bells, were traditionally used in tribal jewelry (such as Bedouin or Berber designs) to ward off evil and bring good fortune. The larger coin-like token seems to feature Arabic calligraphy on along the outside. This pendant features a tubular ceramic bead with small jingle bells, engraved metallic coin-like tokens, and two fish charms. This item came to me from some world travelers but with no real information. I believe the metal items may be what is known as "tribal silver".
