MUSEUM QUALITY This is an absolutely Gorgeous micro beaded Victorian purse which displays a floral motif against an antique beige background. The brass frame is so beautiful with etched flowers and a quality push button opening.  The condition is so nice, especially considering it is about 120 years old.  The lining is perfection and it has a mauve taffeta lining with tiny silk roses and a little coin purse. and two small inner pockets.   It is quite large being 9" long and 6" wide.  It has a lovely fancy chain and the brass frame is just outstandingly bright and shines like it may be gold plated....really beautiful with very little patina, which tells me that this purse was treasured and safely stored throughout the decades.
