Condition Very good vintage decorative condition. No visible cracks or chips.  The colorful decoration remains exceptionally attractive, with the normal signs of age and handling one would expect on a vintage decorative porcelain piece.  The raised/textured detailing beneath the finial is intentional molded decoration , not damage.
