It has some of the hallmarks of being Juliana, and I have found some very similar pieces of verified Juliana, but not any exact, so I'm selling this as unbranded. The brooch is a gorgeous red navette rhinestone wreath with pink rhinestone accents. It measures 2 inches in diameter. The pin, hinge, and closure are all in good working order. The earrings are clip style. The hinged clips are in good working. The earrings' design compliments the brooch. The earrings measure 1 inch in length and about .75 of an inch in width.
