Featuring an exquisite Art Nouveau aesthetic, the bowl is decorated with hand-painted Chrysanthemums —a symbol of the Japanese Imperial Throne—in soft pink and lavender hues. The craftsmanship is highlighted by extensive Moriage (raised slip) work, where delicate white and gold beads have been hand-applied to create a three-dimensional texture. The bowl is further elevated by a deep Cobalt Blue border and heavy gold gilding on the scalloped rim and scrolled handles.
