View parts - frog for Stanley No 2 or 2C wood plane 1-5/8" deeper brass adjusting nut with current marketplace pricing, condition, product images and item details. This is only going to fit certain Stanley Number 2 or 2C planes. Note that the lower edge is continuous, and does not have the gap in the middle. The brass adjusting nut turns easily, while the lateral lever moves quite stiffly. You are bidding on one frog for a Stanley Number 2 or 2C wood plane as pictured.  It is marked " STANLEY" on the lateral lever, and with some numbers or casting codes on the back side. Width at the lower edge is about 1-9/16". This is only going to fit certain Stanley Number 2 or 2C planes. Note that the lower edge is continuous, and does not have the gap in the middle.  This has the deeper style of the brass adjusting nut. It is not marked.  All that is included is what is shown in the pictures. I didn't get the screw that would hold the lever cap with this (and lever cap is also NOT included).  Condition is good, with some patina (color) and casting roughness in places. The lower front surface has some casting roughness or perhaps pitting. The brass adjusting nut has some dings and quite a bit of tarnish or patina. The brass adjusting nut turns  easily, while the lateral lever moves quite stiffly. Except as noted, there are no cracks or chip or chunks missing from any of the castings, and everything operates properly.
