This is a beautiful hand crafted vintage basket that I purchased from a weaver who has made various pieces for many decades. She is moving and sadly needed to part with some of her favorites. The basket in this photo was originally created in 1992 for a daughter as an Easter basket. It has a nice, farmhouse character with medium brown reeds and a scalloped edge. The hand painted bent wood handle adds a nice sturdy touch to this piece. Measures 14 inches tall, 13 inches wide, and an interior diameter of 10 inches. From a smoke free home.
