This is a gold tone metal buckle with white enamel coloring, and with gold flecks and an enameled metal eagle sealed inside the clear resin center mount, from the 1980s. It is in pretty decent condition, as shown in the photos it does have some tarnish / patina, and some wear and tear from age or use. It measures approximately 3-1/2" x 2-3/8", fits a 1-1/2" wide belt and weighs about 3.9 oz.
