There is a staple or pin visible at the back of her head in the hair. There are little pads between the joints. I could find no markings on the visible portions of the body. This listing pertains to an antique bisque porcelain mignonette doll likely German or French in origin.  She has blue glass eyes set in place, painted eyelashes both above and below her eyes, painted eyebrows, an open mouth with painted teeth, a swivel head, a red dress with lace accents, and wooden peg attachments for the appendages.  I believe her hair is real hair.  There is a staple or pin visible at the back of her head in the hair.  There are little pads between the joints.  She is about 6-1/4 inches tall and weighs 3.2 ounces.  I could find no markings on the visible portions of the body. The doll was found as part of a moderately affluent estate collection inside a cigar box along with several other vintage to antique miniature dolls. In looking over the doll, I observed the following.  The hair appears to have a hardened clear material in areas, like a spray or hardened gel of some sort.  The outfit has some tears in places.  It has a hook latch at the back of the neck but has been sewn on and I couldn't remove it without cutting the string.  Some of the dried glue is visible around the head and at the attachment of the arms and legs.  There appears to be a small chip at the back of her right ear.  I didn't observe any other chips, breaks, or repairs to the bisque.  There may be other issues I didn't observe.  Overall, she is in pretty good condition.  The doll is being sold "AS IS".  Please see the photos included and feel free to ask questions.
