French School Map Poster Produced by Editions Rossignol of Montmorillon, Vienne, France, this set of two French school map posters dates from the mid-twentieth century Cold War era. Published under the series numbering N13 and N14, these are genuine classroom wall maps used in French state education. Each French school map poster covers a different region of the world: one depicts political Asia (Asie Politique), the other political Americas (Amerique Politique). Both carry the Rossignol publisher imprint, a well-documented French educational publisher whose maps are actively collected across Europe and North America.
