THE BODICE BUTTONS CLOSED IN THE FRONT.  SLEEVES ARE SET OFF THE SHOULDER WITH PIPED SEAMS WITH PIPED BROWN SATIN BANDS AT THE BOTTOM CUFFS WITH MATCHING SATIN RUNNING ON THE FRONT AND REAR.  SILK BRAID WITH SILK TASSEL FRINGE TRIMS FULLY AROUND. THE INTERIOR IS LINED IN POLISHED COTTON AND THE DRESS IS SEWN BY BOTH MACHINE AND HAND.   THE OVER SKIRT IS POINTED AT THE SIDES AND FALLS LONGER IN THE REAR WITH A SLIT IN THE CENTER, ALL OF THE EDGES ARE TRIMMED IN THE SATIN PIPING AND THE SILK BRAIDING AND TASSELS WITH BOWS AT HIGH POINTS OF THE SIDES.  THE SKIRT FALLS FULL LENGTH.   CONDITION:    THE SKIRT WAS COMPLETELY UNPICKED AND THE BOTTOM BINDING IS MISSING AS WELL AS THE TOP WAISTBAND.  THE BUTTONS ON THE BODICE ARE ABSENT, NEW ONES ARE NEEDED.
