Maker: Wilhelm Schiller & Sons (WS&S), Bohemia/Austria (late 19th/early 20th century) is a well-known and respected majolica producer. This stunning antique Majolica vase by Wilhelm Schiller & Son (WS&S) features vibrant polychrome glazes in cream, sage green, pink, burgundy, gold, and rich brown. The bulbous body is heavily relief-decorated with scrolling acanthus leaves, flowers, and prominent cherubs/putti figures on all sides. The neck has intricate scrollwork, and the scalloped rim is finished in deep brown. Maker: Wilhelm Schiller & Sons (WS&S), Bohemia/Austria (late 19th/early 20th century)  is a well-known and respected majolica producer. The bottom has the classic impressed/raised "W.S.&S." cartouche mark, "Made in Austria", and model numbers like 2194 B and other factory marks. Excellent condition for its age with strong glazing and no major damage noted.  There are chips on the legs of the base. There are areas of crazing toward the bottom.
