This DAZZLING cotton 30's lone star / blazing star quilt is all machine pieced and hand quilted, with solid blue borders on two ends. The back is white, the hand stitched binding is blue, and the batting is thin. This DAZZLING cotton 30's lone star / blazing star quilt is all machine pieced and hand quilted, with solid blue borders on two ends. It measures 72" X 82" and is in excellent condition, with a couple of small, inconspicuous spots and no wear. There is hand quilting around the piecework and in feathered wreath, pinwheel, cable, and other designs in the background, all at 7-8 stitches to the inch.  The back is white, the hand stitched binding is blue, and the batting is thin. The quilt came out of western Pennsylvania.
