This plane is in good working condition and just needs a sharpen. The iron and chip breaker are good, the iron has a stamp that is APL 19-92. an old guy. I have a good early Stanley no.6 wood plane for sale. This plane is in good working condition and just needs a sharpen. The iron and chip breaker are good, the iron has a stamp that is APL 19-92... an old guy. The lever cap looks original and works well, a keyhole type. The  lateral lever is good and adjusts well. The frog works well, it is the earlier type with forward and aft adjustment and a larger brass adjuster. The sole has 1 pat stamps APR 19- 10. The sole has good steel, with a couple of spots of wear. The jappaning has some wear and in good shape for its age. The front knob is in good condition and look uncracked or repaired. The rear tote has be broken and glued, this repair isn't the best and maybe good to re- do as the repair could be more even.. and easy fix.  The tote has the original sticker still on it. The hardware looks correct, the tote and knob hold nice and firm without movement. . This is a very nice plane, price is based on better than average condition. I have shipping to cover the cost, if it ships for less, I will refund any overpayment. It may go through UPS or USPS depending on which is cheaper. Thank you for looking.
